Discussion Two cs'?!

Well, if the CS are turned away, then so would every unit in the attack...
Like when you try and support with a myth unit that is for a different god to the one worshipped in the city you send to.
EVERYTHING gets sent back, not just the myth units.

I am not sure if that is what happens in this case, but it is a possibility.

No no no when you are conquering, all offensive and all other things stay with the CS right'?

Yeah.

My suggestions were that either the attack with the two CS is sent back straight away as it is not allowed.
Or
The CS lands during the 2nd revolt window, city conquered. The conquered city now has all of the units send with the CS as well as the other CS that was not used to actually take the city, they are there as support and still belong to the city that send the two CS.

Yea I believe that it won't be turned around and that the extra CS will stay there like everything else..

What if you start a revolt.... launch with 2 CS in a single attack.... and while the CS are enroute... "reset" Conquest in the Academy?

Bottom line everyone it's just stupid to send 2 CS at once unless you want a person like me to get extra bps killing those things. :)

quite often see 2 cs's in one attack the reasoning behind it to try and prevent sea storm killing it,This is in HW though

yip its actually a good idea to do this on hero world as your spealls can simply be overturnd so its really wise to end 2 CS

What happens if you send two CS' to conquer a city?

It depends.

1. If your city takeover is successful, you lose one of the colony ships and the other is just sitting in the newly acquired city's harbour.
2. If your city takeover fails, it is more than likely that you'll lose both your colony ships.

I've seen this done many a time before. It's a good precautionary measure in regards to Sea Storm, although if you were of any intellect, you'd cast a spell on your takeover attack straight after setting it for sail.

I know this isnt part of discussion but some players mentioned it here:

If you send two CS in different attacks to conquest a city, the second CS will return back if the first CS has success and the conquest started. That is only right for player towns. For Ghost citys, the second CS attack would attack your conquest.

Or did they change it ?

Conquest world:
If the attack is succesfull, the 2nd CS is acting like any other naval unit(either sitting in harbor or recalled, coz you have the control of the city untill the process is done, not the defender).
Revolt World:
If the attack is succesfull, the 2nd CS will be still in the harbor waiting till you recall from your attacking city
