Overview of the bug: When upgrading farming village from level 4 to level 5 the village in the image grows smaller.

If your farm villages are shrinking that's definitely a problem remus, and if it weren't a real thing then he shouldn't have posted this thread, but I'm sure it's real.

As for the problem is it just the image shrinking levels or is it actually effecting the amount of resources from demands and such?

Its just the image. It isn't really a problem but it is a bug so I posted it here...

If you stop looting them they won't have to deconstruct buildings to get their resources!

Bug confirmed.But are you sure tha's the same farming villages shown on those images?
