Where are the MRAs?

I don't know if it's just me, but there don't seem to be a lot of MRAs in Iota.

Where are they? I just know there have to be SOME. Can somebody tell me a few?

MRA isn't necessarily recruiting all over, its more invite, and dont send a message.

Who cares if your city is bigger? That proves........nothing. The first few weeks ingame doesn't really mean much. On beta I was the smallest guy around for weeks and weeks, now all those neighbors are my cities...it's the natural order of things..and threats like that Chalna will always come back to haunt you.
