Worst (previously) top 12 is The Core. A MRA that has like 2 decent players out of 130 and are literally doing nothing but being food there in O75. They had nobody to fight since they recruited damn near an entire ocean and allied with the two large surrounding alliances. Nobody to fight until recently anyway.
