Was this removed from world starts? You used to be able to bypass tutorial quests in exchange for different bonuses.

No, I don't think it was removed.

Just in case, you only get a choice of with/without inititation when you have already completed all of the tutorial quests on a server.

Its the very first thing you do when you join a server before any quests or build a city. If you select without you just get 3 days of each advisor.

What bonuses do you get for finishing the tutorial quests? (I haven't played in several years)

A little bit of everything last time I did them troops, ts, birs, ls, cp's etc plus the 3 days of advisors all at diferent times though.
