Answered Battle points in Agora

Ok. So I was "rimmed" this morning, losing all my cities and restarted on the same world.
My question is this.
I have a total of nearly 20k bp in total but have zero bp registered in my Agora so can not conduct a victory procession.
Why hasn't the bp been transferred into the Agora ?

I've asked this question to a couple mods but no satisfactory answer.
Hoping someone in the forums can answer me.

"That's how the game is. It got updated and BP now resets when a player gets rimmed or restarts."

Can a player who has been rimmed please confirm this answer.

When you get conquered and sent to the rim you lose your unused BP, I think. I can't honestly say for sure since I haven't continued after being rimmed in years.

If you are rimmed or restart on a world, you will keep your BP ranking but you will not be able to use them for Victory Processions. And I'm speaking from experience here, I have been rimmed before
