cant see attack movements

if someone has launched an attack it doesnt show up in red and there is no indication anything is coming even conquests. never seen it before but a clan member said it happened to him in this world and suggested i reach out on here

have you tried having an alliance member attack you? what do you see when you click the the swords top left (command overview)?
