no it was written somewhere the total was being dropped a lot i.e down to 150 mill or something and yet were still sitting at 250mill. another 9 months of DT sheesh can my sanity last that long

the total needed only drops a bit at a time. There shouldn't be any huge drop like a 100 mill at once
