This is not directly about Kos, but we need help for one of our players, Ahri D. Legend, and as we're all still humans with hearts I hope this won't get removed and will get some attention. This is her entry from our players profile thread...

I am 16 and my name is Viktória (Viki Vik or Ahri short form) and I live in Hungary. I am a big anime fangirl and my goal for my life is to watch 365 days of anime (stupid and odd goal isn't it? xD) I have watched around 66-70 days already xD

I am cheerful, friendly, shy and a bit pessimistic sometimes ^^'
I am studying English German and Japanese at the moment, I want to live in Nihon (Japan) if I grow up (if that ever happens that I grow up, I can't imagine myself as an adult I want to stay a "child" forever ^^)
When I started the game I thought I'll be the only girl playing this game :p

She has just been diagnosed with terminal heart disease. Prognosis only 1 or 2 months to live.
We need help from all of you. If anyone knows a doctor or a hospital, anything, that could help her, please let us know. She is an amazing person and way too young to go. If you can't help in any way, please pray for her.

Sorry for posting this here, but we are all horrified with the news and we can't let her go without a fight.

I offer my sincere condolences. I am not able to offer much but my heart goes out for her and I hope she will regain better health. I will pray for her.

I know there are some great heart specialty hospitals here in the USA, and someone might be willing to help her, but would need some sort of details about her condition and treatment so far.

Pizza- we may not see eye 2 eye on many things, but what your doing here is absolutely wonderful and make me think different of you as person (not a player though ;) )

Please let her know I send her my heart warming condolences. 16 years of age is very young, I can't imagine how i would feel if it was my daughter going through that.

I hope and something turns around for her and she gets the help she need to fulfill her dreams, however silly some might perceive them to be. None human beings life should be cut this short.

This is my last post on externals, but I hope to continue reading some positive outcomes for her.

This article list the top ranked pediatric cardiology specialty hospitals in the United States. I'm sure there are some great ones in Europe also. If there is any hope for her I'd suggest her family, friends community and current doctors start contacting some of these. There are also charities that can arrange flights for medical treatment at reduced rates, maybe even free in some cases. They'll never know unless they try. I'd love to see her get her wish.

Thanks very much everyone! I really hope this will at least encourage her to keep fighting.
Please pass the message along to your alliance's as well, not everyone reads this forum.

ArrZee; I'm sorry if I came across as a person who wouldn't do such a thing, but whatever banter we have on the forums I know (or at least hope) that none of us are heartless people when it comes to something like this. It's just the line we must draw between the game and reality. Thanks for your condolences, I passed them on, and I hope amcgough or I or someone else can post here soon that her doctors and family are helping her to get to one of those hospitals and that there's hope for her.

I am praying for her as she is a great person who is dealing with things far greater than many of us are dealing with. We will be changing the name of our alliance to honor her. I would be interested in calling a ceasefire for one day from the top 10 alliances on Oct. 1st in honor of her. If you are on board send me a PM. (most of you know who I am in game.)

thats why you deserve to be plus repped! Far to many times we reward a person for being the most "CLEVER" jerk. It feels good to plus rep you for taking the initiative to post something that is in pure respect of another player! Cheers!

Unfortunately the only thing I can offer is to add her to my prayers.. I am positive things will turn out for the best.. Don't know her at all but judging from that short description of her I'd say she's a good person with a pure heart.

Well wishing thoughts, not a lot but all I have, unfortunately our hospital specialises in trauma and NICU, so no-one here, but will ask around see who has friends that have friends ;)

Glad u did this Pizza, was a shock to learn of her heart condition. 16 is too young to deal with stuff like this and makes us all realise the fragility of life and puts our own problems in perspective

I read that and cried, It touched my heart. OSU medical center is one of the best in USA for heart problems.

She went to the hospital for a new investigation on Friday and she'd be there a couple of days. Let's keep our thumbs up that she comes back with good news...

I've got some good news to say! I've got abnormal heartbeat and inherited heart disease, BUT it's treatable! And the doctors mistook it with something more serious heart disease.. if I'd stay in the hospital longer when they said it, that could've been discovered earlier...
