Why do most people get special offers and gold deals popping up and i never do?
A lot of them are random. Normally when you create a new account and join your first world you get a special offer. You also usually get one shortly after joining a new world on an non-new account. During events there is usually a sale as well. However most of the sale offers happen randomly.
