First of all, this is an Awesome tool!
I believe I have found a small bug with the Alliance Tags. I am using the map for Nu (world 13 - English). When you are on Zoom level 1 or 2, and have more than 3 alliances mapped, and have the Alliance Tags box checked, only the first 3 tags show up in the color that you choose for them. If you look carefully, the other tags are there, but I believe they are the same color as the Ocean, which makes them almost impossible to read.
This is only true for Zoom levels 1 and 2 - 4 and above seem to work just fine. Here are a couple of examples:
