There is an awesome attack planner made using Excel, which works similarly but you have to input time manually.

I don't think that's why the links don't work for 2.0. I think that it's because the games use different systems for linking.

If you copy and paste the info in a message to a friend you'll still be able to use the links. That's what I do.
