Here's a TSF friendly tip, kiddos.
1) Get some Viagra so you can stop compensating the little things with your huge egos.
2) Let the big dogs do the talking.
3) Nobody is a big dog until they've won at least one war and shown a degree of competence. And on an individual level, nobody is a big dog until they've proven themselves of worth to their teams.
