Great idea...as for the format, I think it would be best just after the player name in brackets or after a dash. Don't really think colours are necessary but it would be nice for some leaders so I guess that would add to it too? Only issue is that I wouldn't want a forum where almost everyone has a different coloured title, plain black keeps it nice, simple and formal.
