Yes, co-playing is cheating. Only one player per account.
If you have evidence please send it to the mods in a support ticket.

I don't even know the player, I was simply curious. I can't imagine how you'd get that kind of evidence even if you were so inclined to be a snitch.

To stay on thread topic - as a n00b myself I think it's great when alliances such as mine take the time to help the new players. Some of us turn out OK.

sharky it was an old one and the player did get mod attention at the time, but that was temporary and never changed anything But I say no more.
