Proposal:
Have an option in settings to remove the warning that you are about to attack your ally.
Have you Checked the DNS and PSI lists in the Archives? Is this idea similar to one that has been previously suggested?
Yes and nope should be ok to discuss
Reason:
There have been many a time when you're about to send a snipe to stop an enemy landing a cs on your ally and the message pops up and can make it much more difficult to get your timings right.
Details:
Every player would have the default setting that the message appears whenever you're going to attack an ally as it does at the moment. Keeping it this way will mean that you aren't taking away valuable protection for new players or those who like to have that safety net there. However experienced players would be able to go into the setting and hit the check box saying "Turn off warning when attacking allies" thus making it easier to attack and recall and resend if needs be when trying to snipe a cs.
Visual Aids:
None
Balance:
By being able to keep the settings as they are for new players it doesn't penalise players who want the protection it brings but those who find it inconvenient can get rid of it
Abuse Prevention:
None
Summary:
Removes a potential stumbling block for players trying to help their allies out whilst keeping protection for those who want it.
