No the war is still on going but there are so many alliances involved now that saying it's just between CDC and OSG is somewhat misleading. CDC isn't even or main concern these days. They have a small active group in our south but seriously more of a nuisance. Other alliances in their coalition are our more immediate focus. I made this topic for fun, but its really not very accurate with our current war.
