i have been having trouble with my ISP. my alliancemates are informed of this. my connection continually drops in and out. i'll be back when my new ISP installs service.
this is not a game you can play when you have frequent and often lengthy interruptions of service.
i congratulate you on achieving a third of the cities i currently possess. i see some things haven't changed in my absence.
