Of course there is a reason, you're a nice guy and all but you just don't have enough ABP for a player with the amount of points you have, only 1k BP? You should have at least 10k by then. Also your growing is a little off. Sometimes you take 2 cities in the same day and other times you take 1 a month.

(I sound like a total A-hole right now, sorry.)
