There once was an alliance named Pro
They got jealous and called us a ho
as they trespassed on our turf
they got beat when on my surf
now they dont know where to go.
So I was getting bored over in 44 and wanted some action. I figured I would take out one of the pro cities on O54 where the majority of their larger players were stationed (go on a diet guys). I looked and it was a 10 hour cs travel time and I know for a fact I wouldnt be able to take out an active large player. But always in an alliance there is someone just going inactive that people miss.
These guys are hard to find as someone might just be less active for a day and then come back. So I crossed my fingers and launched. Took a city on one of their power islands without a fight. This was cool. I now had a foot hold on it. I looked at the city and it had high walls and all special buildings were built. AWESOME!
2 minutes after cs complete one of the Pro guys launches an attack at the city. 3 minutes later the attack was cancelled. Me and my 3 cities musta scared him. Ok.
I know its just a matter of time before they take the city back. But at least I can get some needed bp to grow. Instead of being stuck with turtles around me in 44.
So about 5-6 days after taking the city and getting it defensible (yes I turned turtle for this city
) attacks started being launched. Rolling attacks. These are wonderful. One attack lands the next attack is launched.
One of them was hitting me more than the next. So I sent them a pm to banter....
So after that I started getting tons of spy attempts send at me... 5-8 thousand silver at a go. Well I hate the stupid loss of silver so sent her another pm
about 20 seconds after this mail was read a cs was sent.. from 4 hours and 2 minutes away.
Now I dont know about you guys... but when I talk to a target and I KNOW he/she is online I dont send a cs from 4 hours away I wait till the talking stops THEN I send a cs. From 4 hours away you can try and sneak into a persons city. I sent her another pm saying
But maybe she thought I was bluffing as she didnt respond but kept the attacks going. Well I sat and cowered in fear of these mighty attacks that the person felt so sure of that they didnt even listen to my advice on attacking (yes I give advice to enemies its just a game and I like helping people learn and grow)
So the attacks started landing... and I emptied my city of troops and ships waiting for the cs to arrive. and so she hit nothing in her first 3 attacks.
her 4th attack I guess she figured I had no ships or something at all in any of my cities as
well with attacks like these you know I am in fear for my life. lol I had 1 bireme in my harbor in that attack I thought it would be cute to see her take out 1 and call him the lone ranger... never thought this would happen.
So the cs never even touched down in my city and I gleaned almost 6000 bps from these attacks and cs attempt. All I gotta say is... keep hitting that city folks.. give me more bp. Because we all know Turtle cities are dangerous muhwahahaha
