Last I heard from him he was ranting at people about how nobody treats him with respect but yet hes doing this rant in a disrespectful manner. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but it certainly doesn't fly with me. I believe this rant is a few pages back.

Making an early bad impression of yourself as a leader is a lot like shooting yourself in the foot. Doesn't yield good results on a game where only rarely do the political boundaries shift.
