Well, as far as I know, in-game moderators are not allowed to join the world. Forum moderators, however, can join whatever world they want.

Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

clearly i'm lost.... what does an in-game moderator do? because to me that sorta sounds like they would have to play that world....

They answer support requests (Hand out IG bans etc.)

In game moderators answer support requests like penguin said and they can play but not the worlds they moderate

Of course they can play. They just cannot play the world(s) they moderate.
