Wonders and 48 hour rule

If a player joined an alliance 5 minutes before they completed a wonder , would that person get the wonder award or does the 48 hour residency rule apply.

Its 72 hours but yes, the player is still an alliance member it is just that they cannot send res or cast favor on WW for 72 hrs.
