Yep, when the people contacted support they could clear them before giving the person the OK to take over the account.

We took it to voting where it lost to some random idea, my feeling was and still is that was because of the voting system we had where people voted for the wrong idea. But doesn't matter.
We intend to include this in a future re-vote, so keep an eye on it :)
