It is uncomfortable that your red arrow is implying a pass and your green arrow implies a fail.

It looks like a lot of these are going to sink. I would assume that 60-70% will fail and new strgoner alliances will form out of them. Sometimes better leaders sit back and wait to create the second or third alliance instead of the first to weed out dead and inactives.
