Yeah forgot about that factor. It did take less to get conq ready on an old school server. There's also less of an urgent need to do it. If I remember correctly getting conq on the classic model for a 2 speed took 2-3 weeks.
There might still be some need for developments though. I'm assuming a lot of people would want some of the better features included like reservations, not sure if shared forums are active in this version, my current alliance doesn't have them. Then again the forums are messed up for me anyways in the world. They'll probably need enough support running it to not have to surprise cap people (thanks Inno, a lot friends were waiting for after the 4th
