Incorrect, it's something called respect you earn.

Obviously you have none for yourself or your alliance and will never get any from any of us. Hence, you belong on the list. As a matter of fact I'm sure your on a lot of alliances lists. One of the only things most of us can agree on is you have to go.

My spy send me the black list which is PV targets he confirms which is like a hit list. If you all going to have tantrums over the way I call your black list an hit list then grow up.

You can't lead an alliance if your getting killed by PV. I'm not an idiot like you who believe in so called "honour". Honour doesn't win you anything , it just gives your enemies an advantage. Spies are a tool of war get over it, don't have little fit over spies stealing your information.

That is not a Hit List.
It is a list of players that was made at the start of the world that we didn't want in PV.
Half those players don't have accounts in Xi so why would they be on a attack list dummy.
To be honest i don't think we even look or post in that thread anymore so yes you FAILED

So its likely not to matter anyway...We'll find him/her.

P.S. I don't recall failing on Xi threads like you, Fire...A few people seem to think you've failed, too.

Does a BlackList really mean targets? I am no where near PV anyway...

I think that it just means people not to invite :p
