Man I don't play in this world but I have to say looks like Syndicate is dominating... Lol. That is one of the biggest point gaps I have seen.

No we just dont not take good players because we want to stay under 50 members. And also we can hit many times more attacks if we have 25 great players and 100 good players then if we just have 25 great players.

To be fair saints only have high dbp because we keep attacking.

Well, they surely must have a part in that. Like building up biremes and LDUs. You must be in The Syndicate and it would be true that you are doing so much work looking golden that it would spill over to make another alliance look good as well.

This isn't a dig at the LOC is it? We have our 31 members currently because that's all we need to dominate Ocean 66, once we have killed off the last remaining stragglers we will more to our next Ocean and recruit good players from there and dominate again, we just don't see the point in recruiting from another Ocean at this point until we are all ready to move together.

Here's the top 20 alliances with their points total, number of members and average points total of each member, TS are totally dominating whether it be BP or Points total, I think it's unfair to call them an MRA though, they have alot of very experienced players and obviously have excellent leadership and coordination. I can't see anyone stopping them yet in this world but still 18 months or so before World Wonder stage begins lots and lots can happen in that time frame.

No it was reply to jorosiva after he called us an MRA.

the syndicate have done extremely well so far but grepo is a long term commitment and ive seen it time and time again when some of an alliances key players are forced to quit due to RL and an alliance goes down hill :( not saying that will happen but ultimately this server will have to join forces to take them out and when they do the syndicate may start to feel the type of pressure they have been appling to others.

if this happens it will be a key turning point as being forced to defend is far more time consuming and demanding than attacking and if this takes place its when top players feel the time restraints and start quitting.

enjoy the gravy train syndicate players my geuss is things will start to change soon and when it does you will have an opportunity to show staying power.

Good point Zero. :) I've observed 2 types of problems after which best alliances dominating servers could miss the world winning or even go apart.

The first one is when there are several key "decision-makers" who leave the world because of RL - after that less experienced people step in decision-making, sink in conflicts and break whole alliance in parts. Unlikely it can happen to The Syndicate, because more than a half of team are World Masters, so many people have good expertise in the game and gone already through all stages of the game - so know well, what is going to happen every time and how to prevent it or even use it for own alliance needs.

Another problem is arrogance, when leadership of "top-starter" alliance feels itself confident, like already won the world, stops recruit best people around (because "we don't need more people, we already killed the server and are number 1" or even ridiculous "every player may be a spy, so we don't need new players at all"), starts live in dreams instead of anticipating realty around - thus decisions go inadequate too and alliance finishes badly. Hopefully, we have enough wisdom to not fall in this trap. :)
