MRA stands for Mass Recruiting Alliance Usually an MRA is anyone over 150 members and usually has a lot of members with like only 1 or 2 cities. Plus I do not think they will last because they recruited themselves to number 4 and they border Fusion and Illuminati.

They are all over my ocean as well, personally I think they have way to many refugees, they will balance out in the next couple of weeks.

Yup theres been a few KB WIT Fusion and many other cities lost and gained so it would be good to see if any alliance has advanced into another's territory
