i think that phenomenon could be the best. the players are few and still they are ranked 5th

they are probably one of the most successful sort of strong alliances which only recruits people with 200k+ points
most other alliances that say "you have to have 100k points or more to join" always have like 2 people who dont have over 100k points

i think it would be fair to say that they are the best proper alliance because of their overall score.

3 THE DEATH CRUSADERS 16062281 48 334631 seem to be absorbing a lot of the DLE players, could be worth keeping an eye on.
4 Phalanx-Elite. 15623236 42 371982 the remains of a 40m point MRA after 2 weeks of D12 attacks. 10m points hit ghost, the rest sit in VM. I think in slimline form they will be worthy opponents as the war continues.
5 Bad Company 14134988 47 300744 Could go either way here.
6 Phenomenon 13818227 21 658011 In my opinion the pound for pound best alliance out there currently.

1 The Dirty Dozen: now they are the benchmark, but I fail to see who they are actually at war with. (mean last week?)
2 Underwater Ninja Tigers: charismatic group of m... players, still hanging in, but the trend is a bit declining, leadership should motivate players
3 THE DEATH CRUSADERS: formalized the informal, I'm sure they will put some nice future moves together (still a bit biased though)
4 Phalanx-Elite: good move to concentrate, now attack more than an inactive DD. we're watching you
5 Bad Company: Finally together, good friends as well (bias alert) wondering which direction they'll be heading
6 Phenomenon: amazing stats and activity

The 300 are my alliances closest ally, and have been for quite some time. They have been fighting Phalanx for quite some time now.

Right now us(phalanx) Targeted and took atleast 12-15 cities from pelago last week. Now some members from 300 are on targeting list and we will soon show them their place lols.
