1. Evolution.- Luckiest bunch of noobs the grepo world has ever seen.

4. Phalanx- Sim City Players. So I have a question, just exactly at what point do I start building bus stops? And dosnt it make you mad that you cant have a subway share the same tile as a pipe.....seriously aggravating don't you think?
5. Atlantic League - Ok guys, lets fill up 99% of our ocean and then call ourselfs bad

Evolution.-Great people some of which I fought with for my entire Iota career, will do very well.

D12-Only know what I've heard from others, but from that they seem like a good alliance.

Phalanx-Sad that they joined into one, Freedom could've done better without them.

Evo..-same as Evo.

D12./D12..-same as D12

Atlantic League-no comment

DL Elites-Seem like a strong alliance that could do something if it weren't for their position.

THE REBELS-Decent alliance, if they expand they have potential

Little Brother-I've always had a great deal of respect for this alliance, hope that they come back to their former glory

THE CIRCLE-no idea who they are

1 Evolution. won. congrats. your burnouts can be seen for miles like Kyle Busch's.

3 Evolution.. won along with their brethern. good job expanding the south and securing win.

4 Phalanx dead. no seriously, you invite players in the south to fight although the players you have invited have been holding/fighting their own for at least 6 months (and you've done NOTHING) and you think you can stand the next month. your best players have already defected to Evo upon my advice. there's no chance you'll stay in the top 10.

7 Atlantic League mmm. honestly, not a clue. is it new leadership or the same old <stuff>?!? time will ultimately tell. the battle is for 3rd right now.

8 Delian League Elites wow. they are never going away, right? LOL good job (no, awesome job) since like January and vikingr where it all started.

9 THE REBELS 500 inactive cities in O75, very little time. i hope they have enough city slots or this may be a long campaign.

10 THE DEATH CRUSADERS we'll see. new leadership has a unique vision yet to be witnessed.

11 Little Brother outside Ultras41 on vac and Charles fighting hard as he always has (+rep)... unresponsive. thus 500 cities out there. who knows who may win O75 in a month.

12 THE CIRCLE here. we'll see how the rest of the world adjusts to the most consistent rim alliance.

i don't know if i should smile or cry at the complete waste of ascii code you wrote.

Smiling - because you just admitted your belts a lot bigger since the last time we seen you here, is this down to you not being a sea much where the poor food often keeps one slim, or is it simply down to the fact your mostly taken citys on the same island these days and the walk aint that far?

crying - As yet again bad co taken rep for something they didnt do, i especally love the fact you think it was bad co that split the two alliances when it was simply a different direction of leadership, cant the same rules that apply to bad co i.e new leadership etc be the same for evo and UWT with out it being thrown in our face.

We are all the same players, bad co will still send unescorted transports and we will still sink them and take your city's

QCI, dont worry about Syl.

He just pokes around looking for the weak, those who have lowered their online time, etc. He looks for the largest one he can find, like an injured whale or something. Then he follows it until it dies, and claims he killed it.

I share an island with him and he has some not too far away from other cities. And he has yet to take it. I haven't either, but i'm not boasting about killing some disabled whale either.

If you recall Bad Co also said that south 56 was their spot, and it seems we own a few cities there now too.

Either way, I hope they do wake up. This has gotten rather like fly swatting.. annoying but not as satisfying as it should be. Hopefully they step up with some real targets soon

2 Underwater Ninja Tigers- Where did these guys come from? And how are the number 2? Bunch of no accounts if I ever saw. I bet they attack with Biremes
3 Evolution.- Evolved
4 Phalanx- Will be interesting to see how they fare against D12/multiple enemies
5 The Dirty Dozen.- Seem like a good bunch

7 Atlantic League- Ummm...yeah...pretty nubby with the attack skills but they've got the points to be number 7! woo hoo
8 Delian League Elites- A shadow of their former selves. Party was over when the Freaks left the building.

1. Underwater Ninja Tigers - Killers with stripes. That can swim. Just quit now.

2. The Dirty Dozen - Not worked with them too much, but seem like a good bunch. Popular opinion seems to be they need to drop some of the lower-end players and tighten up, so I'll go with that.

3. Phalanx - I assume another one of those "lets team up to beat Evo" alliances. They normally fail, I assume this one will too. Esp since evo is gone.

4. The Dirty Dozen. - See #2

6. Atlantic League - I like these guys. They give me BP, and I don't really have to work for it. As far as effective, no - unless they mean to hand out BP like candy on Halloween.

7. Delian League Elites - Just got my first attacks from these guys, see #6.

9. Evolution. - Last years model. Some people still want to drive it, but this product is no longer under warranty. You'll always be able to find them in the history books, kept IOTA in check for quite some time. Got lots of respect too

10. THE DEATH CRUSADERS - If they could play like they talk we'd have something here. Instead they'll point whore and take large cities of inactive or on-the-way-out players so they feel good about themselves. Instead of effectively building a city to maximize use, limit points (and in turn be able to hit a larger amount of players without morale), or anything like that, they will continue to be the Garbage Men of IOTA. Equivalent to a High School drop out. They don't gift as much BP at the #6 or #7, not really sure what they do. Without Syl they would not only suck in game but on the forums too.

Everybody Else - not even worth the time. I am excited to see what Phenomenon can pull off though, they have some skilled players that if they play differently than they did when in Evo (which I assume they will) we'll be discussing them here soon... GOOD LUCK GUYS!
