Colonizing during peacetime

Colonizing is too much. That is more or less an attack. I can accept gods don't listen, but what about sailors sailing cs

The announcement said it would not be possible to send a CS during peacetime.
Well I checked this by sending my CS to an empty slot (colonize), and guess what, it sent. Now I am going to have a city that I don't want, and no city slot available.

I want this city removed from the game as soon as my CS lands

Nowhere in here does it say a cs can't land in the 24 hours before. way to go geniuses, you just ruined many peoples Christmas spirit.
