Maybe he left inorder to not give his alliance a bad name? :\ I think this happened in another report I've seen. When I checked, the city was no longer EPIC but allianceless.

you claim we take inactives when clearly you guys are doing that.We hardly get posts on our defense tab and when we do...we make sure the siege is broken:)

Just as an FYI. There is no shame in taking inactives. It would be stupid for you to spot an easy enemy city to take & doing nothing about it. If anything it is a negative of your alliance for holding inactives.
