I am a full advocate of morale in revolt worlds; it is not abused there.Well yesterday I took out a guys CS and in return he sent 3 flier nukes at my cities. Being about 150,000 X bigger than me, would have been lovely to have that morale advantage and see some farmers take out mantis, but not to be
If morale only applied to players themselves being attacked, and not to Conquest world sieges... morale would be perfectly reasonable in (I think) every setting.
It is the LMD abusers that ruin worlds for me.
I am perfectly ok with morale protecting the little guys... unfortunately that is not how it is used... ever.
