yea I could probably do that on the first one.The second one I was playing around with the radial blur tool it started out with the difference clouds and progressed from that.

For this I would say that I don't think the honey combs next to the hand fit with the picture that well. Maybe use something more similar to the rest of the image as the light source.

Overall a good sig though

Yeah I would dim the brightness a bit then add the effect. Like what you had b4 but with something different then the honeycomb

The only thing I would change is that the no blur around his body is kind of weird
