No see, you wil lget one ''I apologise'' i made a uber fast response cos i am quite angry on your crybabies cos someone is casting a few spells on you (yes its few until its above 1000 spells)
I simply calculated 3x 4h fast and forgot 1st spells = 0 cd...
Hate bandwagon is still there... so what if he casts 3 spells in 10h? i can do that too simply with 500 favor in stock and taking daily and cast it all on your within next 10h?
When someone will cast LB on your for the next week each 4h then you can complain a little... then again you must've stirred him up real nice that he bothered to spend so much for so little.

I've unlocked the thread as it had been locked for cleaning and players to be warned of their rule violations. I am not against you voicing your complaints. I allowed this when the old 1.26 worlds were updated to 2.0 as long as it was civil and within the rules. I appreciate constructive criticism, but not posts which are just meant to spew disgust and hatred of the event and further the 'bandwagon of lies' regarding what will happen. The event has only been running for a few days, and yes, there is the issue with the 24 hour cool down but that will be addressed once Inno opens on Monday.

I hate to point this out after making peace with you, but if you assume that he has unlimited gold (and that his opponents don't), he actually can defeat 120 players. It would be hard and tiring, but still possible because of his instant army replacements.

I am afraid you are incorrect. Gold can only be used to a certain extent with army time cuts. There is a formula, which gives its use a limit.

As far as I know, you can use it as many times as you want to cut the training time in half. I suppose once you get to the last second, the game might not allow you to reduce the time to fractions of a second. Also, even if it does, it still takes some time to click the button. And mathematically, if you keep cutting something in half, it'll never disappear entirely. But that's all irrelevant, and I doubt that your comment was philosophical.
EDIT: My mistake. There is a formula as you said, according to the wiki.
Still, if I understand the formula correctly, you could theoretically produce one Erinyes per city every 20 seconds (let's say 45, if you include clicking time). We're no longer in "theoretically invincible" territory, but I think we are in "godlike" territory.

i can agree with this but what happens if all this gold lies with experienced players ... its like a country. It has got 1000000 bombs , enough to destroy a country 5 times its size , and suddenly , UN says , dudes upgrade your bombs to atomic bombs by paying us environmental hazard fee [
] and then the "dude" does it and suddenly we see rampage and destruction in opposition country .. And you know Alcarin that neither you nor OoA are noobs .
Using of gold should be allowed, no doubt, but only with cooldown period as everyone is saying..

I did not spend many gold as many in Unknowns or on olympia would like to display... (not even 10k so if thats alot then ok
and even those 10k atleast 30% went into reducing build times not buying res, and another 50% or more went into favor... i doubt i bought more than 60k res alltogether (4x each))Id rather see shop to remove resource at all than making CD, cos CD is more annoying than removal... if you make CD on 4h for example it means to be top i have to wake twice during the night (well or atleast once and once early) just to stay at top.
Or make number of purchases available per day/week for example you can purchase 5000 silver X times in the next 1 week so i could still choose when and when i want to sleep.
See Helliswell i see people complaining on grepolympia who still attack with archers and/or time their attacks RANDOMY within 10min and it is not their 1st world... but funny It is my first world on grepolis and i am doing so great, without paying for gold with all my money.
Ofcourse grepolympia sucks for such players if they are so **** that they actually use such maneuvers they are always behind and now its just more evident. And i am safe to say with me having unlimited gold and them having i would still win this olympics just give me option to di it slightly faster.
So id agree on limited amount of purchases per day/week for all resources but not on COOLDOWN (like buying once then have to wait 4h cos that interferes with sleep ttoo much imo)

what i am trying to say is that many other players, players who deserve to be at bottom inspite of all the premium that could be made available , are using grepolympics to not only get even but far far more powerful than they deserve to be .. thats all ...
and this is also my first world only but thing is you can also learn ..

Sorry to break your heart but i am not on recieving end of either bolts or attacks ... what i am on the recieving end is to see that while i built up my city slowly and laboriously up to 9.5k by farming every 10 minutes as i am a non gold user ... a guy whos a full fledged gold user, with all his premium advantages had only reached 6.4k 3 days ago , suddenly jumped up to 9.6k within 1 day ..
thats what i am against ... as for the world part ..
